How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 2–4 business days to major centres and may take longer for outlying areas.

Do you sell original parts?
We sell both branded products and aftermarket replacement parts. A product is described as genuine or original only where that is specifically stated on its listing.

Can I return a product?
Yes. Returns are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer law. Eligible online purchases may qualify for the applicable cooling-off period, while defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are handled separately.
