At MOTOCITY, we strive to supply quality automotive parts and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our returns and refund policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 3-5 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • All parts, accessories, and documentation are included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Parts that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Electrical components (unless proven faulty)
  • Special order or non-stock items
  • Items returned without original packaging

3. Fitment & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct part for their vehicle before purchasing.

We recommend:

  • Verifying part numbers
  • Consulting a qualified mechanic

Returns for incorrect orders may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a handling/restocking fee.


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a:

  • Defective item
  • Incorrect item

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund if replacement is unavailable

5. Returns Process

Returns must be approved before being sent back.


6. Shipping Costs

7. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:
